Order

Every gift is curated only once an order is received. Please allow us some time to prepare. Our typical lead time for processing and shipping orders is 4 – 5 business days. Once your order is placed.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, the lead time may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Free shipping is only applicable to West Malaysia.

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products. The shipping fee will be calculated and added to your total during the checkout process. 

If you have any additional questions regarding shipping or need assistance with a specific shipping inquiry, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

For an extra special touch, you may drop your message to your recipient in the Message column upon checkout. Our skilled team members will beautifully handwrite your message on the card, adding a personal and heartfelt element to your curated gift.

Our gifts are custom-build  – everything is a final sale and not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns unless items are damaged or defective.

Delivery & Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you may track the status of your order when you log in to your account or via email.

If your order has not arrived in 5  – 10 working days, please notify us via our Customer Service Chat (Whats App or Facebook Messenger) or email us and we will contact you during working hours.

We start working on processing your order once it is placed. Therefore we are unable to make any changes to an Order after it has been confirmed. Please ensure the delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once payment has been made and completed.
